Create a free formvoxo account, add a form and set the email address that should get alerts. Replace the formsubmit.co action URL with your formvoxo endpoint. Keep your _honey field - formvoxo uses the same name. Remove _captcha, and rename _next to _redirect (Pro) or set the redirect on the form. Use _subject for the email subject, as before.
